Job Description
Summary: fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that creates great-tasting, nutrition-rich and dairy products to nourish consumers. The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across enterprise systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high data quality for reliable decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems (NetSuite and Dynamics 365)
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP's
- Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
- Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance
- Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, IT, or manufacturing support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
- Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
