Chief of Staff Intern at FairAppeal in Remote

Summary: FairAppeal is building the easiest way for homeowners to lower their property taxes. They are seeking a Chief of Staff Intern who will work closely with the CEO on various projects including go-to-market strategies, operations, and agent building.

Responsibilities:
- Go-to-market. Outreach, campaign building, and figuring out what works and what doesn't
- Operations. Keep the trains running and turn our one-off scrambles into systems that don't break
- Agent building. Help design and sharpen the AI agents behind our pipeline and internal tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to get your hands dirty
- Whatever the week demands. Research a new market, build a quick tool, chase down the answer

Required Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking abilities and resourcefulness
- Operational experience, ideally managing complex and high-volume operations
- Relentlessly organized with sharp attention to detail
- A creative problem solver when the first three answers don't work
- Fast, low-ego, and reliable. You do what you say you'll do
- Comfortable with AI tools and able to pick up technical skills on your own

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus if you have worked at a technology company, an investment bank, or a hedge fund, or come from anywhere the bar was set by output
