Summary: F.H. Furr is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Parts Coordinator to join our team in Georgetown, DE. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by managing parts inventory, supporting technicians, and ensuring timely distribution of materials. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, track, and manage HVAC parts inventory - Order, receive, and organize parts and materials - Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure parts availability - Maintain accurate records in company systems - Assist with loading/unloading parts and equipment as needed - Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 25 ft. trucks when required Required Qualifications: - Experience with ServiceTitan preferred - Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer software systems - Strong organizational and communication skills - Valid driver's license required - Must be 21 years of age or older (per company driving policy) - Ability to safely operate larger work vehicles - HVAC or parts coordination experience is a plus Required Skills: ServiceTitan, HVAC Parts Coordination, Inventory Management, Computer Software Navigation, Vehicle Operation - Trucks up to 25 ft Benefits: Health insurance, Dental & Vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, Paid vacation time
