Job Description
As the Analyst, Business Intelligence you will play a key role in driving data-based decision-making across Ezee Fiber. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and data management solutions that measure operational performance, support revenue growth, and advance the company’s overall business intelligence strategy. You will design and optimize Tableau dashboards, manage ETL processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Develop and maintain databases, procedures, packages, and complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Firebird, MySQL preferred).
- Create, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL processes and data workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect, refine, validate, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
- Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reports that are scalable, high-performing, and reusable.
- Provide data-driven insights to identify operational efficiencies, process improvements, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analysis.
- Utilize development experience with .NET, Java, or Python to enhance reporting automation and integration.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PL/SQL, ETL tools, and Tableau (desktop and server).
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Tableau dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Familiarity with API integrations, automation, or cloud-based data platforms
Valid driver’s license required
