Executive Assistant - Core Business Services - 100%… at EY · Zurich

In a world that’s changing faster than ever, our purpose acts as our ‘North Star’ guiding our more than 300,000 people – providing the context and meaning for the work we do every day. In doing so, we play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, clients and communities. Thanks to our innovative services in auditing, tax consulting as well as transaction and management consulting, we proudly drive our clients into the future.

EY supports financial departments in meeting the major challenges of the finance function: measuring the efficiency and value creation of companies, supporting digital transformation, being a player in company strategy, participating in investment policy and financing but also to optimize processes and improve control of the finance function.

Our team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join the EY Lausanne office in autumn 2026. You will play an important role in a collaborative, client-focused environment by supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating key activities, and contributing to the successful delivery of business objectives. This is a hybrid role with Lausanne as the primary office location. It requires regular presence at EY office in Lausanne and, depending on business needs, at client premises in Vevey. You should therefore be comfortable travelling within the region and adapting your place of work to stakeholder and operational requirements.
