Billing & Revenue Operations Lead at ExtensisHR in Remote

Our team is looking for a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to support all of the brands working directly with the accounting and leadership teams.

• Owns end to end billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable, including collections, aging, and cash flow tracking and revenue recognition.
• Supports Forecasting for operations costs management.
• Handle accounts payable and support day-to-day financial operations.
• Manage the work order and billing process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements Identify and resolve discrepancies across billing, invoicing, and operational data,
• Partner with operations and corporate accounting to keep processes running smoothly and improve workflows.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, and Leadership.

• 2–6+ years in accounting, AR/AP, revenue or finance ops.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of billing and revenue processes.
• 2+ years Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) required.
• 2+ years Experience with CRM management.
• 3+ years experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets required.
• Analytical + process improvement mindset.
• International Organization experience a plus.

• $75,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
