We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Medical Call Center Representative to join a busy healthcare team!
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Medical Call Center Environment
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming patient calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Updating patient information accurately
- Handling a high volume of calls professionally
- Assisting patients with questions and routing calls appropriately
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Dependable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center or medical office experience is a plus
