Job Title: US Mortgage Specialist (Voice Process)

Location: Noida

Experience: Minimum 18 months

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Split weekly offs may apply)

Interview Mode: Onsite

Candidates who has experience in Mortgage ( No Underwriting) and who is comfortable with voice or has prior experience in Voice would be considered .

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the US Mortgage or Banking domain to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong process knowledge, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to the US Mortgage process through voice support.
• Resolve customer queries while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of US Mortgage processes and terminology.
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and service excellence in every interaction.

Eligibility

• Minimum 18 months of experience in US Mortgage, Banking, or a related BFSI domain.
• Candidates with domestic mortgage experience are also eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills (B1B5 proficiency preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment with rotational weekly offs.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in customer service or voice processes within the BFSI industry.
• Exposure to mortgage operations and customer handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
