Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat.
- Assist international customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers to 1 year of experience in Customer Support/BPO preferred.
- 12th pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates comfortable interacting with international customers preferred.
