Job Description
Summary: Experity is a mission-driven team transforming on-demand healthcare across the U.S., empowering urgent care clinics with industry-leading software. The Data Analyst (Go To Market) will analyze data to drive business decisions, support revenue analysis, and influence sales and marketing strategies to improve healthcare experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Turn Data Into Business Decisions: Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis
- Identify and define the right KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness
- Surface actionable insights that influence pipeline growth, conversion rates, churn reduction, and expansion
- Deliver clear recommendations, not just reports
- Drive Revenue & Funnel Analysis Analyze the full GTM funnel (Lead → Opportunity → Closed Won → Renewal)
- Identify drivers of conversion performance and revenue variability
- Diagnose performance gaps and quantify financial impact
- Support forecasting accuracy through analytical validation and performance modeling
- Influence Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Strategy Evaluate territory performance, sales productivity, and capacity trends
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition efficiency (CAC, pipeline contribution, ROI)
- Identify retention risk signals and expansion opportunities using customer health data
- Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market performance analysis
- Contribute insights to QBRs, MBRs, and leadership reviews
- Prepare executive-ready materials explaining what changed, why it changed, and what to do next
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or similar analytical roles
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong academic foundation in quantitative fields (Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
- Exposure to SaaS or B2B metrics
