Your work environment at EXP
In this role you will be a part of the Mid-Atlantic Program Management team collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help drive operational insights, performance tracking, and informed decision-making across projects.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Assist with collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Support project performance tracking (schedule, cost, staffing, KPIs)
- Prepare clear summaries and visualizations for leadership reviews
- Collaborate with program and project managers on ad hoc analyses
What your experience looks like
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or higher program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
The hourly rate for this role is $21 to $28 an hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
