We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.

What You Will Do: Primary Focus: Outbound/Inbound Calls. The main function will be making calls. For a 4-hour shift, between 2 and 3 hours will be spent calling markets in Spain, Mexico, the USA/Canada, and the UK. Therefore, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Basic Salesforce Case Management: Handling simple inquiries via email, such as sending links to training calendars or providing basic information about the platform, specific trips, or destinations.

Certificate Creation in Canva: Using pre-existing templates to add names and dates, then sending the completed certificates to agents via Salesforce email.

Simple Lead Management in Salesforce: Maintaining organized follow-ups with agents. This includes making calls, scheduling next steps, tracking when training invitations were sent, and rescheduling as needed.
