As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will :
Drive system reliability and performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Provide advanced technical support and guidance to field maintenance teams on complex issues
Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
Collaborate with customers to optimise system performance within their operations
Define and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Support system deployment, commissioning and performance validation
Act as a technical interface with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive improvements
Contribute to best practices, technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Support critical incidents with structured diagnostics and escalation
Engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in IT, robotics, or industrial automation
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical customer support for applications, software, and/or hardware
Strong comfort working in software‑oriented environments, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
Broad foundational knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and automation
High level of autonomy, strong rigor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
