The Account Management Coordinator serves as a strategic operational partner to the Head of Account Management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless internal coordination, maintaining high data integrity, and optimising the flow of account-related activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at tracking performance metrics and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive account success.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative and operational coordination to the Head of Account Management to ensure departmental goals are met.
Performance Reporting: Synthesize account data into actionable reports, presentations, and internal summaries to provide visibility into performance and key activities.
Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring account related tasks are executed accurately and on schedule across internal teams.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a central point of contact to streamline communication between the Account Management leadership and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance).
Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring all account records and documentation are comprehensive and up-to-date.
Meeting Logistics: Orchestrate scheduling, prepare briefing materials for key meetings, and manage post-meeting follow-up actions to ensure continuity.
