Due to the expansion of our operational capacity, we are looking for a flexible and hands-on Workplace Administrator to support our end users and onsite IT operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily workplace management activities, including setting up and maintaining workstations at existing and new locations, providing user support, delivering ICT equipment (including activities at our ICT Hub in Gouda), and resolving second-line support incidents.
You will join a national IT team that operates predominantly on a regional basis. As the position requires frequent travel between locations, own transportation is mandatory (a lease car is provided by the staffing agency).
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, move, and maintain workstations across multiple locations
Provide on-site and remote user support (second-line support)
Deploy and deliver ICT equipment to end users and local sites
Maintain accurate and up-to-date administration in internal systems
Collaborate both independently and within a national IT team
Participate in the on-call duty rotation
qualifications
MBO 4 working and thinking level
Relevant experience in workplace support, IT support, or a similar role
Strong user-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Accurate and structured approach to administrative tasks
Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license
Willing and able to travel frequently for work
Available immediately (short induction period provided)
Dutch-speaking is mandatory
