In accordance with its core purpose of orchestrating the symbiotic relationship between humans and AI in the workplace, Everience is making the augmented employee the driving force of a “symbiotic age”, where AI enhances talents and opens up new career opportunities. jobDescription IT Asset Management: Strong knowledge of IS/IT asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement of hardware and software assets Governance & Compliance: Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements, especially regarding software licensing and audits Cost & Inventory Control: Skills in tracking asset usage and costs, optimizing asset utilization, and maximizing return on investment Process & Coordination: Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams Tools & Methods Asset & Inventory Tools: Experience maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories using IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools License Management: Hands‑on experience managing software licenses and ensuring contractual compliance Reporting & Documentation: Ability to produce reliable asset data, reports, and documentation for audits and decision‑making qualifications Experience & Background: Professional Experience: Proven experience in IS/IT asset management or a similar IT operations, governance, or support role Business Environment: Experience working in complex or regulated environments (defence, aerospace, or industrial sectors is a plus) Soft Skills: High attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders additionalInformation All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
