jobDescription
IT Asset Management: Strong knowledge of IS/IT asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement of hardware and software assets
Governance & Compliance: Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements, especially regarding software licensing and audits
Cost & Inventory Control: Skills in tracking asset usage and costs, optimizing asset utilization, and maximizing return on investment
Process & Coordination: Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams
Tools & Methods
Asset & Inventory Tools: Experience maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories using IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools
License Management: Hands‑on experience managing software licenses and ensuring contractual compliance
Reporting & Documentation: Ability to produce reliable asset data, reports, and documentation for audits and decision‑making
qualifications
Experience & Background:
Professional Experience: Proven experience in IS/IT asset management or a similar IT operations, governance, or support role
Business Environment: Experience working in complex or regulated environments (defence, aerospace, or industrial sectors is a plus)
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
