The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users. Scope: You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support on site Support production IT systems and standard IT environments Troubleshoot incidents impacting production and operations Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and devices Support users in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment Manage tickets, documentation, and basic IT procedures Contribute to service continuity and continuous improvement qualifications Requirements : 4–6 years of experience in IT support / infrastructure / workplace roles Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong plus Good knowledge of: Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory / Entra ID Hands‑on, proactive, and eager to learn Strong team spirit and service mindset Fluency in English is mandatory French proficiency is required for on‑site collaboration additionalInformation All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
