Summary: Evergreen Services Group is a San Francisco-based holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies across North America. They are seeking a highly motivated Talent Analyst to join their growing Talent team, where the role involves identifying, assessing, and securing world-class talent to influence the trajectory and performance of their portfolio companies. Responsibilities: - Play an integral role in the hiring process for CEOs, General Managers, and other Operating Company Executives across our diverse portfolio of companies - Effectively build diverse “top of funnel” candidate pipelines, including candidate outreach and engagement - Host preliminary phone screens and provide a best-in-class candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow through - Lead a full lifecycle recruiting process for select roles - Assess candidates against scorecards and be a thought-partner on candidate selection - Build, nurture, and maintain a robust network of leadership talent - Contribute to the development of the talent function as well as other People/Ops Team initiatives (e.g. process improvements, culture initiatives, special projects) - Maintain talent reporting using our ATS (Greenhouse) and Excel Required Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with a commitment as a lifelong learner - 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role (agency experience preferred, executive recruiting experience a big plus) Required Skills: Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruiting Important Skills: Candidate Assessment, ATS (Greenhouse) Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Team Player Benefits: Full medical and dental coverage, Unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, Family planning support
