Job Description
Summary: EverCommerce is on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. They are seeking an AI Platform Intern to collaborate with various teams and support the intern program while improving AI Team processes and developing AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points across multiple SaaS products in the portfolio, with a focus on opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligence
- Analyze competitive products and the broader AI landscape within our industry to identify patterns, gaps, and emerging best practices relevant to agentic and platform-based AI solutions
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to inventory and assess available first-party data (e.g., customer, usage, operational, and behavioral data) that can be leveraged to train models and generate user-facing insights
- Synthesize insights from user research, competitive analysis, and data exploration into clear opportunity areas for reusable AI agents, tools, and platform capabilities
- Develop concept briefs, workflows, and problem statements for AI-powered solutions that can be delivered through our centralized AI platform and agentic architecture
- Support prioritization discussions by evaluating opportunities based on user value, scalability across the portfolio, data readiness, and feasibility
- Document findings and recommendations in clear, executive-ready formats to inform AI roadmap planning and platform investment decisions
Required Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy
- Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
- Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026
- Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis
- Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates
