Job Description
Summary: EverCommerce is on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. They are seeking an Analyst Intern to join their EverHealth Business Operations team, where the intern will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the company-wide intern program and improve operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EverHealth cross-functional teams (PMO, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding & Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, Data Analytics) to document operational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives
- Support the development and upkeep of internal reporting and dashboards (Excel, Salesforce reports, and/or BI tools) to improve data quality and business visibility
- Gather and define requirements for small initiatives by drafting user stories, process flows (BPMs), and simple roadmaps in partnership with functional owners
- Champion AI-enabled analysis and automation by identifying high-impact use cases, piloting lightweight solutions, and scaling what works across teams
- Track key metrics and project status; synthesize updates into clear, data-driven slides and written summaries for stakeholders
- Support the EverHealth operating cadence by coordinating meetings, agendas, notes, and action items, and following up to drive progress
- Conduct structured research and analysis (e.g., workflow mapping, KPI definitions, cost and time drivers) and share recommendations with the team
- Contribute to ad hoc operational projects that improve productivity, customer experience, and revenue outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and comfort working with data
- Interest in healthcare operations and B2B SaaS, with a desire to learn how teams use metrics to drive decisions
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy
- Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
- Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, healthcare management, computer science, or a related field
- Ability to work full-time from June to August 2026 (10-week internship) and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to or interest in SQL and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
- Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates
