Summary: EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform focused on digitally transforming the service economy. They are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Intern to support key revenue accounting functions and collaborate with the accounting team on various projects. Responsibilities: - Assist team with revenue accounting functions - Reconcile accounts to monthly financial statements - Revenue recognition and revenue related journal entry postings - Assist in month-end closing activities and analysis - Work with the Revenue Seniors and accounting team members with special projects of the Finance department Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other similar business major - Moderate excel skills - General understanding of a company's month-end close cycle - Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting - Strong attention to detail, be well-organized and have solid interpersonal and communication skills - High level of attention to detail/accuracy - Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information - Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small - Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations - Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university - Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026 - Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis - Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development - Good written and verbal communication skills - Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates Preferred Qualifications: - Completion of multiple upper-level accounting courses - Understanding of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards - Understanding of SAAS Required Skills: US GAAP accounting, Revenue recognition Important Skills: Excel skills, Month-end close cycle Nice-to-Have Skills: Learning willingness, SAAS understanding, ASC 606 understanding
