Content Manager at Evaluate Media and Software Limited in Ikeja

Evaluate Media is seeking a creative and digitally skilled Content Manger/Brand Communications Manager to support brand growth, strengthen community engagement, and drive visibility across digital platforms. This role is focused on storytelling, content creation, and audience connection within the real estate space.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, trend-aware, and passionate about real estate, digital media, and community building. This position blends content creation, social media management and customer engagement, making it well-suited for someone who is organised, visually sensitive, and confident working across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write,edit and publish content for various formats including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media posts and website content.
• Write well-researched, clear content calendars for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn).
• Develop engaging captions, stories, and short-form videos aligned with Novarick’s brand.
• Manage daily engagement by responding to comments, messages, inquiries, follow-ups, and online sales conversations.
• Track and document customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, escalating issues where necessary.
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and newsletters.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and apply insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Act as a professional first point of contact for online communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Well articulated and should be able to make brand shoots.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong proficiency across major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and newsletters.
• Ability to use Canva, CapCut and content tools effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer literacy and internet proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, virtual meeting tools).
• High level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Background or interest in Real Estate is an advantage.
