- Providing hands-on, on-site support during build-up, live event delivery, and de-rig phases
- Assisting with financial processes, including purchase orders and invoice validation
- Contributing to post-event reporting and continuous improvement insights
You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in catering, food & beverage, or event operations
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go
- Awareness of food safety and operational standards
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working on large-scale events or in sport
- Previous exposure to managing teams or operational delivery
What to expect
- A dynamic, hands-on role with the opportunity to work on a global sporting event
- Hybrid working, with regular travel to our Wentworth HQ
- International travel during planning phases
- Extended on-site presence in the lead-up to the event (up to 6 weeks)
- Occasional evening and weekend work during key delivery periods
