They are seeking an Assistant Scientist to assist in research and development under GLP guidelines, conduct studies, and provide analytical support using various techniques and instruments. Responsibilities: - Completes work for research and development under GLP guidelines for studies, documentation, etc - Assists in conducting, monitoring and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality - Provides basic analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas - In rare cases, comparable demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant area may be used to substitute in whole or in part for the Bachelor's degree - Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills - Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude - Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies - Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting Required Skills: Laboratory Practice (GLP), Analytical techniques, Laboratory instrumentation, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical sciences, Laboratory experience Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k Company Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Wellness Program, Education Assistance, …and more!
