The Assistant Scientist will engage in research and development under GLP guidelines, assist in conducting studies, and provide analytical work using various techniques and instruments. Responsibilities: - Completes work for research and development under GLP guidelines for studies, documentation, etc - Assists in conducting, monitoring and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality - Provides basic analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas - In rare cases, comparable demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant area may be used to substitute in whole or in part for the Bachelor's degree - Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship - Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills - Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude - Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is preferred Required Skills: GLP guidelines, Analytical techniques, Laboratory experience Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k Company Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Wellness Program, Education Assistance
