Our Technology Management Services (TMS) division is a trusted advisor, providing guidance, governance, and processes to all other IT divisions to make IT Transformation a reality. As we embark on an ambitious 3-5 year IT Strategy, understanding workforce gaps and ensuring relevant plans and actions are in place is crucial.
The team is committed to enabling this process for the IT organization. We offer foundational services such as expertise risk management across the IT organization and are defining a standard Strategic Workforce Planning process in collaboration with HR, Cost Management, and external consultancy partners.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish a strategic workforce planning function and Center of Excellence (COE)
- Deliver current services to the IT organization, such as managing expertise risks
- Enable the IT organization to have its Strategic Workforce Planning and related actions
As part of the team, you will assist in ensuring that the right preparation, investment, and actions are taken to enable the human capital, including internal employees, contractors, or outsourcing partners, to contribute to achieving strategic objectives.
Key Tasks:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce transformations for the IT organization
- Establish effective analytics practices, turning data into insight to craft the strategic direction of workforce transformation
- Constantly seek to involve new insights and methods in our work
- Be an expert and influencer on the ever-evolving topic of workforce transformation
- Mentor the team towards results and be an inspiring collaborator
- Collaborate in a professional ecosystem which contains IT Divisions and Human Resources, IT leaders
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a relevant area (e.g., IT, Consulting, Strategic Workforce Planning, Sourcing Strategy and/or Sourcing Initiatives, IT Workforce Transformation, HR Ecosystem and Human Capital Management, Financial Controlling, Customer Management, Project Management)
- Data-driven, analytical problem solver with a reputation for translating promising strategies into pragmatic implementations
- Excellent communicator, able to quickly build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization
- Awareness of IT skills and competencies, with an understanding of emerging technologies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Fluency in English, including speaking, writing, editing, and presenting
