Job Description Area Development Officer (ADO)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets of the assigned area through effective planning, client visits, customer interactions, and demonstrations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, fabricators, and project sites.
• Prepare and submit pipeline reports to management, highlighting upcoming opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to engage with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Coordinate with Sales Coordination for timely preparation and submission of quotations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure order closures and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen business positioning.
• Maintain reports on Sales Pipeline, Orders, Architect Meetings, and Tenders as per defined frequency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 13years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Building Materials / Construction).
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
