The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) on Ethicrithm’s Delivery team, you solve mission-critical challenges for clients, by deploying the Palantir platform across multiple industries. This highly technical, client-facing role involves understanding user workflows, implementing data pipelines and building workflows and tools, and enabling clients to leverage data for better decision-making. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for making a real-world impact. We are looking for exceptional candidates in the US.
What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client teams, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations.
- Build Operational Workflows: Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP using Python and TypeScript.
- Technical Problem Solving: Understand the intersection of business and technical problems, analyze root causes, and develop creative technical solutions that power real operational outcomes for our clients.
- Training & Enablement: Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation to support client success.
- Project Delivery & Collaboration: Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
- Energized by working directly with a client on site and remotely
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that go beyond surface-level to dive into the details, all in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication that can adapt to client preferences and requirements
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with data manipulation tools (Pandas, Polars) or distributed computing frameworks (Spark)
- Experience working with complex enterprise data
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects
- Value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
- Ability to travel in Canada and the US (approx 5% travel) without the need for Visas or other documents requiring processing time
- A post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Preferred with flexibility for the right fit
- Experience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions
- Experience delivering production frontend applications in React
