As the Media Planning Lead, you own integrated marketing communications (IMC) planning across owned, earned, and paid for our client portfolio. You lead our Growth Strategists, run a book of accounts yourself, and make sure every plan turns into measurable growth for our clients.

This is a player coach role: the majority of your time goes to leading the team and raising planning quality, with hands-on ownership of a select few accounts.

IMC planning and strategy

• Own full funnel IMC plans across paid (marketplace ads, Meta, Google, TikTok), owned (CRM, organic) and earned (affiliate, creators, live commerce)
• Set the planning standard for brief quality, channel mix, budget split and campaign architecture
• Make the final call on what to scale, test and stop across the portfolio

Team and portfolio leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Growth Strategists
• Allocate accounts across the team based on capacity, complexity and priority
• Grow accounts from emerging to top priority partnerships

Client leadership

• Personally lead 1 to 2 key accounts, while acting as senior counterpart and escalation point across the wider portfolio
• Lead account plans, monthly and quarterly business reviews
