Senior Quality Checker - Leather Jacket at Esire in Karachi

We are looking for an experienced Senior QC to maintain the quality of leather jackets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of leather garments and be able to identify, control, and prevent quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect leather jackets after production and confirm they meet quality standards.
• Follow and improve basic quality checking methods.
• Check stitching, measurements, finishing, accessories, and overall jacket appearance.
• Find defects and coordinate with the production team for correction.
• Help reduce quality issues, customer complaints, returns, and product rejection.
• Approve finished jackets after final inspection.
• Keep quality records and prepare simple inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in leather garment manufacturing, preferably leather jackets.
• Good knowledge of leather quality, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
• Stitching experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality problems.
