About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the EROAD North American marketing plan, with a strong focus on implementation, content delivery, and sales enablement across prioritised North American verticals.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that brings campaigns, content, and ABM programmes to life in market, supporting North America’s commercial priorities.
The role works in close partnership with the North American Sales team, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and the global Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) to execute shared demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and campaign delivery frameworks.
Job Responsibilities
North American Marketing Execution
Execute North American demand generation campaigns aligned to the regional marketing plan and priority verticals
Implement and maintain ABM programmes, including upkeep of scrubbed target account lists aligned with Sales
Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, including:
Landing pages
Forms and nurture sequences
Campaign workflows and personalisation
Coordinate campaign activation across paid media, LinkedIn, and digital channels with the global performance marketing team
Manage and reconcile campaign budgets in accordance with EROAD policies
Content Production & Sales Enablement
Deliver content programmes with third-party publishers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate short-form video content with sales engineers, sales representatives, and customer advocates
Build personalised and rep‑branded sales collateral, refreshing and repurposing content through an ICP lens
Maintain Marketing and Sales SharePoint folders as the single source of truth for North American content
Support sales outbound prospecting efforts with packaged content for engagement tools
Administer the gifting platform, including user access and balance management
HubSpot & Campaign Implementation
Build campaigns, workflows, email templates, and segmented lists within the HubSpot NA portal
Maintain list hygiene, lifecycle discipline, and data quality, escalating governance issues to RevOps
Partner with the global CoE and expert consultants on:
Campaign governance
Naming conventions
Attribution set-up
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain executive summary dashboards and contribute to senior leadership reporting
Analyse campaign performance and optimise future campaigns based on results and learnings
Share insights and outcomes with the global CoE
Implement test-and-learn and A/B testing frameworks, reporting results to inform global best practice
Global Alignment & CoE Contribution
Execute North American marketing activity aligned with CoE frameworks across:
GTM execution
CRM usage
Lifecycle management
Brand guardrails
Contribute to global content libraries and ABM frameworks
Partner with Australia and New Zealand counterparts to share assets, learnings, and regional adaptations
What You’ll Bring
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution discipline
Proven content production expertise working with internal and external creative teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and global stakeholders
Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting funnel and campaign metrics
Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric and solutions-focused approach
Skills & Required Experience
Minimum 7 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or industrial sectors
Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams on demand generation and enablement
Experience producing written, digital, visual, and short-form video content
Working knowledge of ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase) and sales engagement tools
Experience supporting sales enablement via SharePoint or similar platforms
Exposure to North American transport, logistics, cold chain, telematics, or fleet management sectors is highly regarded
Strong written English skills with the ability to adapt messaging across regions and personas
Comfortable working in a distributed, global team across multiple time zones
