Job Summary
Senior Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Mumbai
National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.
Your key responsibilities - Hands-on experience in executing and supporting client engagements across financial fraud investigations, including asset tracing, money laundering, open-source intelligence, and regulatory matters.
- Strong working knowledge of FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance reviews, fraud risk assessments, and related investigative procedures.
- Ability to support dispute resolution assignments, including analysis of financial issues such as business interruption and other litigation support requirements.
- Skilled in reviewing working papers and client folders to ensure quality delivery, engagement compliance, and effective documentation standards.
- Demonstrated capability in identifying process improvements, developing solution-oriented recommendations, and contributing to methodologies, proposals, and engagement planning.
- Lead team members to ensure that project deadline is met while also executing critical project areas.
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Masters in Business Administration
- Certified Fraud Examiner
- LLB
- B.com/ m.com
- Required 2 to 5 years of postqualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Process Diagnostics Reviews, and allied areas.
- Preferred - Experience with any of the Big 4 firms / Tier 2 firms and / or large Corporate Internal Audit teams will be preferred
