Job Description
Summary: Equitable is a company dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being. They are seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator who will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain job postings, schedule interviews and lead sourcing efforts for advisor role
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Serve as the liaison between the candidate and local teams as they travel through the onboarding process
- Work closely with the leadership team and onboarding manager to ensure all onboarding tasks are being completed promptly
- Administrative tasks (order background checks, obtain NCO approvals, build PEP kits, etc.) as needed
- Work on sourcing/recruiting projects as assigned by the local Operations Manager
- Assist with branch office responsibilities, as needed
- Miscellaneous projects
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience Administrative experience

- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
- Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
- Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
