Summary: Equitable is a company committed to helping clients secure their financial well-being. They are seeking a motivated Summer 2027 Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent strategy, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
- Support campus recruiting, internship, and early career hiring initiatives
- Assist recruiters and recruiting coordinators with candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and recruiting operations
- Analyze recruiting metrics and talent acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate engagement activities
- Assist in creating executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and talent insights
- Participate in projects focused on candidate experience, process improvement, recruiting technology, and operational excellence
- Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition best practices
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders on strategic recruiting initiatives
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to support the evolution of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence
- Participate in team meetings, networking opportunities, professional development sessions, and intern program activities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in recruiting, talent management, workforce planning, and employee experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions
- Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a desire to learn
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with a preference for rising juniors or seniors majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
