Job Description
Summary: EquipmentShare is a company focused on transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. They are seeking a Summer Intern for the People Analytics and Systems team to assist with various data analytics projects while gaining insights into the strategic role of data in business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support analysts in planning timelines, managing workflows, and handling correspondence related to ongoing projects
- Learn about various data analytics tools and systems through hands-on involvement in projects and shadowing senior team members
- Engage with team members on multiple levels, from technical experts to senior leadership, gaining insights into the strategic role of data analytics and systems in business decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Must be actively working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Enjoy organizing and planning
- A solid understanding of Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and problem solving
- Project Management interest
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior exposure to R, Python, SQL or other programming language a plus
