Private Client Associate

Summary: EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is one of the fastest-growing firms in the insurance industry, headquartered in New York City. The Private Client Associate is responsible for supporting the Private Client Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to Private Clients, including assisting with account reviews, client inquiries, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities: - Work as a team with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and other team members to meet the needs of our Private Client customers by assisting with account reviews, quoting, billing inquiries, and other tasks as needed - Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via, phone, mail and email in a professional and courteous manner - Develop a strong working knowledge of our carrier’s websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients - Document all communications with clients and carriers in a prompt manner. Records must reflect the most current status at all times - Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service and quality standards - Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished - Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge - Become a student of the business.
