LPN at Envision Health in Hampton, VA

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties

• Work along side our MH-NP with scheduling appointments, maintaining records

• Perform vitals on each client and share with NP on a timely manner

• Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing

• Work alongside R.N. to develop and maintain Lab orders and specimen.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Follow-up care coordination with individuals following D/C from hospital / Rehab

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Virginia

• Experience in psychiatric/mental health is a plus

• Proficient in physical examination techniques and specimen collection processing

• Basic life support (BLS) certification required
