Summary: Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, seeking an Engineering Technician to verify and validate new products and enhancements. The role involves executing testing, configuring systems, documenting issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure product requirements are met. Responsibilities: - Execute verification and validation testing for new products, modules, and enhancements - Configure card printers, software, and systems to align with test environment requirements - Document and track issues in Jira. Isolate issues to the major component level - Collaborate with development teams to support root cause analysis and corrective action activities - Order supplies. Maintain the test lab, systems, and test environment - This position will take direction from more than one source Required Qualifications: - An understanding of safety when operating electromechanical system and devices - Experience with the Windows operating system - Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and Word - Understands logic.
