Summary: Enterprise is a leading company looking to provide valuable business and leadership skills through their Management Internship. This role offers university/college students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience while developing management skills in a team-based environment. Responsibilities: - When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities - For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees - We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers - During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers - You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards Required Qualifications: - Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2026 - May 2027 - Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years - Must be able to work 25 - 40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule) - No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI) - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future - 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May Required Skills: Management skills Important Skills: Customer service Nice-to-Have Skills: Marketing strategies, Team collaboration, Leadership skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Performance incentives, Employee referral rewards
