Summary: Enterprise Mobility is offering a Summer Management Internship that provides university/college students with valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will learn to manage a successful business, acquire marketable skills, and take on challenges similar to full-time professionals in a team-based environment. Responsibilities: - Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management - Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals - Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers - Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers Required Qualifications: - Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027 - Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years - No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI) - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future - Must be able to start in late May - Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks Required Skills: Business management Important Skills: Customer service, Leadership skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Marketing strategies Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Performance incentives, Employee referral rewards
