Job Description
Summary: Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business. The Business Intelligence Developer Associate works with Fleet Operations departments to create and support interactive reporting products that support critical operational and strategic business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business sponsors
- Participate in the creation of project documentation
- Develop and maintain low complexity ad hoc and recurring business intelligence reporting solutions through all stages of the software development lifecycle, using a variety of reporting tools and techniques
- Use and support products that contain intermediate to complex Excel functionality, i.e., pivots, etc
- Develop and maintain low to moderately complex automated processes using various tools and technologies
- Troubleshoot simple to complex issues leveraging all tools and resources available; Recommend and implement alternate, corrective and preventative/permanent solutions
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must live in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative field required
- One year operational, administrative and/or analytical experience including internship or coursework
- Relevant experience developing and maintaining reporting products produced in Excel
- Experience with reporting platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL query creation and modification capabilities
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
