Job Description
Summary: Enterprise Community Partners is a national nonprofit focused on making a good home possible for families in need. The intern will participate in programming, planning, and implementation of the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services function, engaging in various real estate programs and facilities management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Project administration
- Data entry, reporting and analysis as it relates to the corporate real estate database (Eptura Workplace)
- Process documentation and mapping
- Site surveys
- Sustainability criteria development
- Workplace services research, assessment, and implementation support
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in real estate, architecture, design, facilities management, or nonprofit management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
