QA Lab Technician II (Wednesday to Sunday… at Entegris · Billerica

Summary: Entegris is seeking a QA Lab Technician II to join their team in Billerica, MA. The role involves providing laboratory support for quality testing of micro-contamination control and membrane products, as well as R&D development testing, while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and standard operating protocols. Responsibilities: - Works independently with minimal supervision from a supervisor or chemist to conduct routine QA product testing of filtration and membrane products from manufacturing - Follow and document standard operating procedures for conducting required tests - Prepare samples for analysis and load instrumentation - Review data with support from Analytical Chemists - Calibrate instrumentation, perform daily checks, and basic troubleshooting on instrumentation as documented in SOP - Remove and dispose of waste chemicals in accordance with company established safety procedures - Handle requests appropriately and in a timely manner - Support general housekeeping tasks including washing bottles, making reagents, and returning completed samples Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience or an associate's degree in chemistry or a related discipline - High attention to detail - Ability to collaborate and successfully work in a team environment - Good communication skills and follow-through Preferred Qualifications: - Previous laboratory experience is preferred - Previous cleanroom experience is a plus Required Skills: Ion Chromatography, TOC testing, NVR testing, Karl Fischer titration, Laboratory sample preparation, Instrumentation calibration, Laboratory troubleshooting, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance, Chemical waste disposal, Cleanroom experience Benefits: Annual bonus eligibility, Progressive paid time off policy that empowers you to take the time you need to recharge, Generous 401(K) plan with an impressive employer match with no delayed vesting, Excellent health, dental and vision insurance packages to fit your needs, Education assistance to support your learning journey, A values-driven culture with colleagues that rally around People, Accountability, Creativity and Excellence
