This role is pivotal in advancing our internal IT capabilities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic vision. WhatYou’llDo: Assistin leading cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and ensure accountability. Support the development and management of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve on-time, within-budget outcomes. Help define project scope,objectives, and deliverables, aligning with Program and Portfolio goals. Utilize predictive project management methodologies to execute detailed planning and control processes. Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks, resolving blockers tomaintainproject momentum and quality standards. Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, translating technical progress into business impacts. Drive process optimization by integrating IT solutions (e.g., cloud platforms, AI tools) with internal workflows. Ensure compliance with global IT standards, security protocols, and data governance policies. Operate effectively in early maturity project teams, guiding them throughinitialstages of project management practices. Lead by example in project management transformation,demonstratingbest practices and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. What We Seek: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedfield. Minimum4years of project management, business analysis, or Software Development Lifecycleexperience in IT or related fields. Must have Mandarin Language fluency. Strong understanding of predictive project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall). Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proventrack recordof supporting team performance and achieving project goals. Experience working with early maturity project teams and guiding them through project management practices. Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Experience withscaling project management practices across multiple teams or large organizations. CSM,CAPM,or PMP. Experience working with technology solutions within a manufacturing company, preferably within the Semiconductor industry. Proficiencywith tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, etc. Expertisein projectmanagementcoaching and mentoring. Proven success in driving project management transformations within organizations. Experience with digitally focused programs, such as Platform development, AI integration, or cloud adoption. Leadership experience building high-performing teams in dynamic settings. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance.
