They are seeking a Project Portfolio Data Analyst Intern who will be responsible for automating data collection, developing insightful dashboards, and collaborating with project managers to enhance decision-making and portfolio optimization. Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze project portfolio data from various sources - Develop and maintain portfolio reporting models and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel - Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy - Apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, predict risks, and enhance portfolio insights - Support the creation of automated reporting solutions for project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics - Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights - Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SQL or other data querying languages - Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Azure ML) - Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies - Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting Required Skills: Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Machine Learning Important Skills: Python, Power BI, Tableau Nice-to-Have Skills: Excel, SQL, Collaboration Skills Benefits: Ensono's paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 18th to August 7th, 2026 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono.
