The Opportunity: The Director, Coding (Global) leads enterprise coding operations across domestic and offshore teams, driving coding accuracy, compliance, and revenue cycle performance. This role partners across clinical, compliance, and revenue cycle functions to reduce denials, improve charge capture, and ensure accurate reimbursement.
