Summary: Enphase Energy is a global energy technology company and a leading provider of solar products. The Engineering Lab Technician will support systems engineering and experimental board testing, providing prototype circuit board rework and testing support for new product engineering. Responsibilities: - Provide prototype circuit board rework and testing support for new product engineering - Assist engineering with test and measurement of prototypes and products - Maintain clean and orderly workspaces in the laboratory environment - Build experimental test setups for electrical, thermal, and EMI testing - Maintain laboratory equipment asset list and calibration schedule - Maintain stock of laboratory consumables Required Qualifications: - Associate degree in engineering, or ET certification or equivalent - Ability to read electrical schematics, BOMS, and rework instructions - Surface mount soldering assembly and rework - Wire cable and harness assembly - Proficiency with common power electronics laboratory test equipment - FW and SW programming of on-board digital devices - Experience using Arena PLM application, Jira, and Confluence - IPC-A-610 soldering certification - High-volume product development support Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with using Python - Familiarity with using PuTTY or other CLI application Required Skills: Electrical schematics reading, Surface mount soldering, Power electronics testing Important Skills: FW, SW programming, Arena PLM application, Jira, Confluence Nice-to-Have Skills: Wire cable assembly, IPC-A-610 certification, Python, PuTTY Benefits: Bonus, Equity, Benefits
