Senior Google Ads Specialist |… at ennovationHUB · Belgrade

ennovationHUB is a rapidly growing international e-commerce group specialising in home & living, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.

As we work toward €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us as soon as possible. You will lead Google Ads performance for one of our portfolio brands, with direct responsibility for growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability.

About the role:

You will work within a multi-brand international e-commerce group, managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple markets. Your decisions will have a clear, measurable impact on revenue and commercial performance.

Google Ads is a central part of our growth strategy. Working across countries and brands brings complexity, as well as opportunities to improve results. We are looking for someone who enjoys analysing large datasets, uncovering performance opportunities, and turning insights into action through testing and hands-on optimisation.

You will collaborate with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to deliver strong results today while ensuring campaigns can scale efficiently as the business grows.

Your responsibilities:

• Own Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets
• Manage and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types
• Track and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability
• Take direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and performance within your assigned portfolio
• Find growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments
• Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives
• Work with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
• Partner with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and landing page effectiveness
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Stay informed about platform developments, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices
• Contribute to testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that strengthen long-term account performance

The opportunity:

Google Ads is already an established growth channel within our business. Your role will be to build on that foundation by identifying new opportunities, improving efficiency, and scaling successful approaches.

We operate in a competitive e-commerce environment where even small performance gains can have a meaningful commercial impact. You will be expected to connect campaign decisions with business outcomes and take ownership of the results.

You will join experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about execution. We value independent thinking, assumptions challenged through data, and people who follow through on their decisions. You will be trusted to make changes and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

---

In-house e-commerce experience is essential. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who has owned performance within an e-commerce company, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

You should have experience working directly within a commercial business and be comfortable taking responsibility for both implementing decisions and delivering results.

What you will bring:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proven experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability
• Strong practical experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• A track record of working within an in-house e-commerce team
• Confidence analysing large datasets and identifying actionable insights
• A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• A curious, proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Confidence making independent decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
• Openness to AI and automation as we expand their use across the business
• Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible

How you approach your work:

You combine senior-level judgment with practical, hands-on execution. You use data to make informed decisions and turn analysis into improvements.

You are naturally curious and consistently look for ways to strengthen performance. You focus on outcomes, balance strategic thinking with daily campaign management, and are motivated by building and scaling successful campaigns.

Location & working setup:

This role is based at our office in Vračar, central Belgrade. We work from the office Monday to Thursday, with Fridays worked remotely. Although our business operates across Europe, North America, and APAC, a significant part of our team is based in Belgrade.

Our office features a summer garden, standing desks, and dedicated collaboration spaces that support productive work and an enjoyable working environment.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international e-commerce business over the coming years.

Our culture at ennovationHUB:

• Taking accountability for results
• Turning plans into action
• Clear communication over workplace politics
• Learning through doing

We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. What matters most is doing your work well, taking ownership, and helping the business move forward.
