Summary: Enhanced is a performance and wellness company focused on the intersection of elite sport, performance medicine, and consumer health. The D2C Operations Intern will be involved in various tasks such as research, product launches, project management, and logistics, playing a pivotal role in supporting the D2C team. Responsibilities: - Research: Dig into whatever the team needs—could be market sizing one day, a competitor teardown the next. You’ll help us make smarter decisions, faster - Project Manage: Own timelines, chase down deliverables, keep launches on track. If something’s slipping, you’re the one flagging it - Product Support: Help build sell sheets, spec docs, and briefs that move products from idea to shelf - Ops & Logistics: Coordinate with 3PL, supply chain, and fulfillment partners. Keep the machine running - Pull Data: Grab and organize sales, ad, and site metrics so the team can actually act on them - Everything Else: It’s a startup. You’ll flex into content, partnerships, events—whatever needs doing Required Qualifications: - Self-Starter: You figure things out before asking. Google it, test it, come with a point of view - Organized: You can run five workstreams without dropping the ball on any of them - Curious: You go two clicks deeper than what's on the surface.
