Compliance and User Administration Analyst I Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania Job Description Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Compliance and User Administration Analyst I to join our IT Compliance team. This role will aid with user administration for in-scope SOX applications.  Assist in the coordination and gathering of evidence related to SOX and IT audit initiatives, and the coordination of collecting artifacts and evidence related to the IT governance framework. May also support the implementation and management of information governance, risk, and compliance in accordance with policies and procedures within the Information Technology group. Location: This position will be based out of our Conshohocken, PA office. Our business, your impact, our opportunity: What you’ll be doing: Assists with the closure of user access requests for business applications, service accounts, and Administrative accounts based on approved requests. Assists in the coordination and management of compliance activities around SOX and IT specific audits. Generates access control lists for specific computer resources for the purpose of user recertification based on sound security access controls for all platforms. Assists with the coordination IT Governance artifacts from subsidiary companies. May provide assistance with closure of audit observations and remediation of IT Security related tasks. What you’ll bring: 1 - 3 years of general IT operations experience B.S., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science OR equivalent work experience Assists with the closure of user access requests for business applications, service accounts, and Administrative accounts based on approved requests. Knowledge of Information Security Policies Experience with Active Directory structures Strong critical thinking skills. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and people skills. Knowledge of security issues and techniques such as auditing, logging, etc. Understanding of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance policies, procedures, and concepts Knowledge of user administration for critical business applications Experience managing ticket queues in ITSM system.
